We deliver anywhere within South Africa at a flat-rate fee of R95 on orders under 10kg. FREE SHIPPING for all orders above the amount of R1000!!!
TIME DELAY FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
All products purchased online are in stock and will be processed and sent out via a local courier. Please allow atleast 5-7 working days for your product to be delivered.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
If you have received your order and have decided you do not love them as much as you thought you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a store credit (valid for 6 months) or refund within 7 days of receiving your package.
We do, however, require you to cover the return courier costs.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt).
Monogrammed, personalized or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.
FAULTY GOODS
We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a exchange (subject to availability), store credit or refund.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
If possible please send us pictures of the faulty goods to info@aqwake.co.za
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer exchanges, refunds or store credits on sale items, unless goods are faulty.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
For all exchanges and returns please contact us at info@aqwake.co.za, prior to sending back your goods. In the email, please include the details of your purchase, order number and reason for return/ exchange.
The refund amount will be credited to your bank account via EFT within 7 days (subject to all return procedures being followed).
Your exchange item will be sent after receiving your returned item.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. We recommend you insure your return package. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage and to ensure the goods are in their original condition when received by us.
We will exchange an item (subject to availability) but you will have to bear the cost of the delivery of the substituted item to you.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
REPAIRS
All your purchased Aqwake Apparel goods enjoy a 3-year general wear and tear warranty.
We do repairs on all our products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product gets to us via courier or by dropping it off at one of our kiosks.
We will courier it back to you or send it back to the kiosk where it was dropped off – free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: The product can only enjoy the repair warranty if returned by the original buyer.
